During our visit on 8/3 on this location of KPOT, we were ecstatic! Our waitress Ariana was so welcoming and on-top of everything. Her courteous attitude is visibly seen through her communication and work as well as her willingness to continue helping us towards our visit in the franchise. The food was great especially the hot-pot segment. Everything was of good quality and perfect portions in which the whole group perfectly finished. The appetizers and dessert were also a great touch! Do not miss out on that opportunity! Overall the store was great and clean, and even the bathroom stalls were spotless! Would visit again in the future!

We were three orders were mix match I ordered pot with tom yum base it lacked the flavors the punch. Service was out standing our waitress Krishna was out standing she was brilliant with knowledge and helped us understand the concept as we were there first time.

I had a great experience at KPot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there was a wide variety of options for both Korean BBQ and hot pot. Everything was clean, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Krishna, who provided outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She explained how everything worked, checked on us regularly, and made our dining experience even better. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend KPot, and if you have the chance, ask for Krishna—you’ll be in great hands!

I had an amazing experience at KPOT today! Our server Yordi went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They were incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to explain everything and answer our questions, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The service was attentive from start to finish, and they regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. What really made the visit special was how they helped celebrate my birthday and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Their positive attitude and energy truly stood out. On top of being an excellent server, Yordi was also very easy on the eyes! 😊 (aka handsome) Thank you for helping make my birthday such a memorable one. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have the same level of service again.

I didn't think doing BBQ & hot pot at the same time was a good idea... I was WRONG, it is FABULOUS! Our server Joyce kept up with ingredients & changed out many grill plates. So many nice choices of meat, veggies, noodles, etc. Lots of veggie choices for our vegetarians, and I appreciated gluten-free rice noodles. Great sauce/condiment bar too. Feeling fat & happy! We had a party of 8 & we had a nice long table with 2 grills & multiple soup burners. Plenty of space for us to cook! I also appreciate that there's plenty of space around each table, so you don't feel like you're on top of other parties. The vents in this location appear to be part of the grill (venting downward?) so you don't have excessive fan noise or smelly smoke when you burn something.
